Green Salad with Olives
Ingredients:
- 1 bowl of mixed greens (arugula, lettuce, parsley)
- 10 green olives (chopped)
- 10 black olives (chopped)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Wash and chop the greens well and put them in a large bowl.
- Add the olives, chopped cucumber and red pepper.
- Add the walnuts and blend the salad.
- Add olive oil, pomegranate molasses, salt and pepper, mix and serve.
