Green Salad with Olives

Ingredients:

  • 1 bowl of mixed greens (arugula, lettuce, parsley)
  • 10 green olives (chopped)
  • 10 black olives (chopped)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate syrup
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Wash and chop the greens well and put them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the olives, chopped cucumber and red pepper.
  3. Add the walnuts and blend the salad.
  4. Add olive oil, pomegranate molasses, salt and pepper, mix and serve.
