Chicken Sauteed with Olives
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast (diced)
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 100 g black olives (pitted)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt
Preparation:
- Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté.
- Add the chicken and fry until golden brown.
- Add the chopped red pepper and olives to the pan.
- Add the tomato paste and spices and mix well.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, serve hot.
