Chicken Sauteed with Olives

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red pepper
  • 100 g black olives (pitted)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt

Preparation:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté.
  2. Add the chicken and fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped red pepper and olives to the pan.
  4. Add the tomato paste and spices and mix well.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes, serve hot.
