Pasta with Olives
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (preferably penne or spaghetti)
- 100 g black olives (chopped)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 100 g cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- While the pasta is boiling in salted water, heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Add the garlic to the pan and fry lightly.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and olives, cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the boiled pasta and add to the pan, stir.
- Add the basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
- Optionally, add red pepper flakes and serve.
