Olive Fritters
Ingredients:
- 3 pieces of phyllo dough
- 150 g black olives (pitted and chopped)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 çay bardağı süt
- 1 egg
- Sesame or nigella seeds (for the top)
Preparation:
- Lay the phyllo on the counter, spread the mixture of milk and olive oil on the phyllo with a brush.
- Sprinkle the olive and cheese mixture on the phyllo and roll the phyllo.
- Do the same with the other phyllo sheets and slice the rolls.
- Arrange the slices on a tray lined with greaseproof paper, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds or black cumin.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
