Zer Zeytincilik was established in Aydın in two thousand nine and produces table olives, pickles, canned food, vine leaves and tomato paste. In order to support agricultural development in Aydın and the Aegean Region, the company provides farmers with all kinds of assistance from seeds to fertilizers and works with them at every stage of agricultural production.
When tomato farmers harvest their best quality tomatoes, they are washed and sorted. It is then processed in state-of-the-art machinery and turned into tomato paste. Zer Zeytincilik facilities produce a large amount of tomato paste every year and It is offered to the world markets and takes place in the kitchens of millions of families.
In olive production, olives are carefully harvested by hand, sorted, calibrated and washed, then placed in brine and fermented. Stuffed green olives are prepared by filling natural peppers one by one by hand. Zer Zeytincilik has a high table olive production capacity and food safety, hygiene and quality control have the highest priority in the production process.
The legendary olives of the Aegean region are processed in Zer Zeytincilik facilities and transformed into Zer Extra Virgin Olive Oil, which is considered one of the world's highest quality olive oils with low acidity. Riviera and pomace olive oil production is also carried out in the same facilities, which are among the largest in Turkey with a high annual capacity. Akhisar facilities are the center of this production.
In all production processes, care is taken to preserve the vitamin and nutritional values of the products and production is carried out with quality awareness within the framework of food safety, hygiene and sanitation rules.
